About the Homestead Museum in Drumheller
Founded in 1965, the Homestead Museum features a comprehensive collection of over 10,000 antiques and artifacts from the Victorian and Edwardian eras. Star exhibits at the Homestead include a two-headed calf and an entire house that was purchased out of a 1919 issue of the Eaton's catalogue.
Admission Rates for the Homestead Museum
Adult: $5.00 per person
Senior: $3.00 per person
Youth: $3.00 (ages 6 to 16 - children under 6 are free)
Family: $12.00 (maximum 4 people)
Bus tours: $2.00 per person

The museum is wheelchair accessible and features free parking for cars and over-sized vehicles, a picnic area, free coffee, and a beverage concession.
Hours of Operation for the Homestead Museum
The Homestead is open from May 1st to the second Monday in October (Canadian Thanksgiving Day) each year from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.

During peak season (Victoria Day to Labour Day), the Homestead extends its evening hours to 8 p.m. from Thursday to Sunday.
